"People who work the hardest, get the most out of life," is something you might hear Monte saying on any given day. Monte isn't your average "car guy", with over 25 years in the automotive business his numerous roles have led him here to Toyota of Cleveland as the General Manager and Managing Partner since January 2016. Monte believes in people over profits and the only way to win at business is to value people, and he aims to do that every single day. Driven by his passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, he takes pride in cultivating a team that cares about each guest that enters through the doors at every stage, whether it's sales, service or parts. 

Monte is married and has 1 beautiful daughter. When he isn't in the driver's seat at TOC, you can find him in the woods, shooting sporting clays, or around a fire pit dreaming up new ideas for the dealership. 

Our goal is to ensure every visit to Toyota of Cleveland is "truly exceptional". We strive to give our guest a personable, friendly, and honest experience each time.

Justin has been in the automotive industry since American Psycho and Remember The Titans released in theaters.  Justin is a master griller, former amateur blackjack player, and spent a lot of time in Blockbuster before they shut down. Justin began selling cars in 2013 and was promoted to Finance Manager the next year. He later became a Sales Manager. Justin has been part of the Toyota of Cleveland since 2016 as an eSales Manager & now our General Sales Manager. He has a wonderful daughter, wife, and 2 step daughters! In his spare time, Justin is likely blaring a combination of all music genres, playing video games with his kids, or working out. Justin is a beloved figure at TOC, so feel free to come say hey anytime!

After a failed attempt at a WWF wrestling career Mike had to take his talents elsewhere. Mike has been in the automotive  business since 2009. He joined Toyota of Cleveland in 2016 as a Finance Manager and moved to Sales manager in 2017. He has a daughter and 2 sons that he loves spending time with. He loves hot dogs, has watched every UFC pay per view since 2003, and does not consider basketball a sport!

Shane has been in the automotive industry since 1997.  He is married and has 2 beautiful daughters. Shane enjoys watching football (especially the 2022 National Champions, Georgia Bulldogs) and still can't believe the Braves actually won the World Series! Shane also enjoys working on his lawn (even if it is pouring rain), grilling, and playing golf! Shane has been a part of Toyota of Cleveland family since 2018 and everybody loves "Shane Dawg"!

Stockton has worked in the automotive industry since 2015, spending his entire time at Toyota of Cleveland outside of a brief hiatus. He is an avid outdoorsman, and loves spending time in the mountains. Stockton is someone who takes pride in his product knowledge as well as delivering an excellent guest experience, before and after the sale.

Joey has been in the automotive industry since 2014. He is a musician and also a sports analyst. He is a massive fan of the Tennessee Volunteers and the Chicago White Sox.  He loves to travel, hang at bonfires, go to concerts, and is fairly good at air hockey. His favorite drink is Martinelli's Apple Juice. Joey has been part of the Toyota of Cleveland family since 2016.  If you are ever at our dealership, come by the sales desk if you want to see what your trade is worth or if you just want to say hey!

Tyler has been a member of the TOC team since February 2013. He is the proud husband to his beautiful wife Amy and the proud father of a wonderful, screaming, fussy, sneaky, and funny toddler Brantley. Their two dogs Ragan a Labradoodle and Finn a Collie complete their family. Tyler is a passionate Fly Fisher and loves traveling over East Tennessee and Western North Carolina fishing for trout. He also enjoys tying his own flies to use for fishing even though his wife thinks he spends WAY too much money on feathers and fur for his hobby. He is a graduate of Lee University, loves his Tennessee Vols and his Pittsburgh Steelers.

Justice first started in the business here at Toyota of Cleveland in October of 2015. He originally started in sales but is now one of our five Finance managers. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his son Oliver, playing basketball and is a big fan of college football. Go Dawgs!

Crystal joined The Toyota of Cleveland team in October of 2020, although she has been in the Automotive Industry for over 17 years. Crystal currently drives a Highlander, which happens to be her favorite Toyota product.  She loves spending time with her husband, children and a new edition this year, Baby Georgia. She enjoys camping, traveling to places on their bucket list and supporting her children in their music ministry.

Hey, my name is Julien! I've been at Toyota of Cleveland since July 2019 when I started my career in automotive sales and I've loved every minute of it! My favorite model is the Toyota Tacoma, I've driven one since I first started working here and I can't see myself driving anything else! I enjoy traveling and spending time doing anything outdoors!

Amanda has worked in the automotive industry since 2010 and began working with Toyota of Cleveland in August 2018. Her favorite Toyota is the Toyota Camry XSE. Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, watching her girls cheer, spending summer days on the lake, Georgia football and traveling! Go dawgs!

Tom started in automotive career in 1978 in Lake Worth,  Florida, where he worked as technician. In 1981 he moved to Robbinsville, NC and also worked as a tech. In 1982 he moved to Ashville, NC and was a service advisor. In 1986 he moved to Knoxville, TN and became a Service Manager. Then in 1987, he relocated to Cleveland, TN and began his career with the Bowers Automotive Group/Toyota of Cleveland, which he says was the BEST move of his life! Tom is a staple in our Service Department!

Keith Jackson has been in the automotive industry for almost 30 years with 12 of those years being here at TOC. Before coming to TOC, he built houses for 4 years. When he's not working as Service Manager, Keith enjoys camping, hunting, and fishing. He also enjoys spending time with his kids and watching them participate in school activities.

Susan grew up in  Florida and has been with Toyota since 2006. She joined the Toyota Of Cleveland team in 2015.  Susan is passionate about agriculture and  her free time is spent with her husband tending to their farm in Meigs County where they currently have 3 chickens 6 horses and 29 cows. When not on the farm she tries to get to Florida as much as possible to enjoy the beach and off shore fishing. 

Deana has worked in the automotive industry since 2000 and began working with Toyota of Cleveland in October 2010.  Deana enjoys doing craft projects such as making wreaths, bows and refinishing old pieces of furniture.  Also, in her free time you will find Deana spending time with her family. 

Renee has worked in the car industry since 1992 and begin working with Toyota of Cleveland in July 2016.  Renee likes spending time with family and friends and likes to do volunteer work with Stocking Full of Love for Walker County.

Gregg has been selling cars for over 30 years and began his career at Toyota of Cleveland in 2006. He has been recognized by Toyota for being in the top 8% of sales nationwide! Customer service is Gregg's top priority and when he's not selling cars, he's golfing! 

Demetrius Beasley, AKA Big D, joined the Toyota of Cleveland family in March 2016. His hobbies are eating, sleeping, spending time with family and helping you with a low-pressure purchase experience. 

Juan Carlos began working with Toyota of Cleveland July 2016. He enjoys working with guests and assisting them finding the perfect vehicle for them. When he's not working, he loves to work in his garden and tend to his favorite flowers: roses. 

 Hi, I'm Preston! I am a Chattanooga native and have lived in the area for the majority of my life. When I'm not thoroughly demonstrating the great features and capabilities of Toyota's vehicles, I am putting them to practice, as I enjoy hiking/camping and finding those hidden fishing spots deep in Tennessee's beautiful outdoors!

Alfred has been in automotive sales for over 25 years and has spent the past 13 with Toyota. In his spare time he enjoys golfing and fishing. Spending time with his grandchildren is his favorite! 

Hi, my name is Damon, I have worked for Toyota of Cleveland since January 1st, 2019. I enjoy what I do for a living, there is nothing more satisfying than helping a client find the right vehicle for their needs and lifestyle. I also enjoy playing disc golf with friends and spending time with my son. I look forward to earning your business. 

Jason joined the Toyota of Cleveland family in July 2019. Jason says it has been a great pleasure getting to help so many people in our community find the perfect vehicle. He has been married 14 years, enjoys golf, Tennessee football and playing with his puppy dogs! 

Jeremy  began working for Toyota of Cleveland in August 2019. He most enjoys spending time with his children. He also loves fishing and watching sports in his spare time. 

Matthew started working at Toyota of Cleveland in April 2021. He has lived in Cleveland, TN his entire life and has a beautiful wife and 4 children. He loves anything Disney, the Tennessee Vols and golf. His favorite Toyota model is his 2022 Army Green TRD Off-Road 4Runner! 

Cindy began working in the automotive industry in 2012 and joined the Toyota of Cleveland family in 2017. She's an Auburn graduate who loves watching sports, playing video games and listening to music. War Eagle! 

Kris starting with Toyota of Cleveland in August 2021. He has been in the sales industry 4 plus years and spent most of his time as a Sales Manager. He has had a love for cars since his youth and has a passion for import vehicles. He spends his free time with his family and his dogs, with as much time on the water as possible. 

Ethan Thompson has been in the automotive industry and with TOC since 2021. His nickname is the "The Kid". Ethan is a former high school athlete averaging 30 or 40 points a game in basketball and had many D1 offers, though he decided to join the car business! (At least he says this, we aren't sure and have no film!) Ethan is a hunter so if you do not get in touch with him early one morning, he probably does not have phone service. He always calls back though! He is respectful, hardworking, and someone you would have to buy a vehicle from!

Josh has been in sales since 2015, and decided to try out selling cars in January 2022 at Toyota of Cleveland! Josh loves spending his spare time with his son at the pool and watching him in karate! 

Cameron Vandergriff is a native of Ooltewah, TN, and joined the TOC team in January 2022. Previously, Cameron went to school for and worked in IT. He has 3 German shepherds and played for the Chattanooga Football Club from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Cameron is working on building a race car in his free time.

Tyler joined the Toyota of Cleveland family in March 2022. He loves to be outdoors; including hiking and traveling. His favorite Toyota is the Toyota Tundra. 

The myth, the legend.. Zane Abdullah has been in the car business since 2017. He prides himself in giving outstanding guest service and product knowledge. Please call or email him for any of your Toyota needs. He is also an amateur Super Smash Brothers Melee player who may potentially 4 stock you. 

My name is Abel Mullins. I served in the military straight out of high school. I love working on cars and riding motorcycles. My favorite Toyota is the 4Runner because I love the offroad style.

Mikel began working at Toyota of Cleveland in January 2023. He decided to leave the factory life to sale cars because of the experience he had at Toyota of Cleveland when he purchased his Highlander. He's very happy and excited to be a part of the Toyota of Cleveland family! 

Oscar has been in the automotive industry in sales since 2021. He joined the Toytoa of Cleveland family in January 2023. He enjoys spending time with his two children and enjoys working out in his free time. 

Tyler has been with the Toyota of Cleveland team since 2019. Tyler has been proudly serving in the army national guard since 2018. In his spare time he plays on several adult softball teams in Cleveland. He likes fast cars and motorcycles. 

Kenny joined the Toyota of Cleveland family in March 2023. He has been in the automotive sales industry since 1984. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.

Mike joined the Toyota of Cleveland family in March 2023. He recently located to the Cleveland area from Southern California. He enjoys snowboarding and passoinate about sales and people.

Angela Cofer became a part of the Toyota family in November 2017 in the Business Development Center, she gets to help our customers have the best buying experience with a brand that she believes in. Her interests are taking trips with her husband and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her favorite thing to do on her down time is absolutely nothing :) 

Lenzie joined the Toyota of Cleveland family in November 2021 and she also owns her own Wedding Planning Business and loves helping couples' visions come to life. She also enjoys the outdoors and hiking. She's an avid Coffee + Dog Lover and says life's too short, so do things that make you smile. 

Macy has been with Toyota of Cleveland since December 2017. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and watching The Office. She has bought a new Toyota every year since she has been here, and she has loved every one of them!

Hello, my name is Katie. I love spending time with my family and friends at the lake or playing cornhole. I have two beautiful kids that are my world! 

Madison started with the TOC family as a BDC Service Agent in September of 2021 and has loved it ever since. She very much enjoys her Toyota Camry XSE that she bought from TOC and says it's the best car she has owned! She enjoys spending time with her family and is a sucker for a good game of Uno. In the summer you can catch her on the lake fishing or spending time with her friends and family beside a bonfire.

Anthony Durbin joined TOC in May 2015 and has worked several jobs within our service department. Working for TOC was his first job in the automotive industry. When he's not working, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children.

Andrew has worked in the automotive industry since 2010 and began working with Toyota of Cleveland for the second time in 2015.  My favorite Toyota is the Toyota 4-runner. Andy enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, and sitting out by the fire pit.

My name is Eddie, I grew up on the Atlantic coast of Florida. I moved to Tennessee with my wife in 2017. I love to travel and explore new locations. I joined the Toyota of Cleveland family in October of 2021. "An infinite number of variables in an infinite number of combinations, there always are possibilities!"

Luis has been in the Automotive Industry since 2011, 8 of those years have been with Toyota. I started with Toyota of Cleveland in 2021. Come see me for any of your Toyota service needs. 

Angelia has recently returned to the auto industry after 30 years. She grew up in Memphis where her father owned an auto upholstery business and that is where she gained most of her auto knowledge and love of antique cars. She enjoys doing charity work with our motorcycle family and genuinely loves helping people.

Matthew has been in the automotive industry since 2002. He was born and raised in Bradley County, Go Bears! He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys hiking, bicycling and camping. 

Jeremy joined the Toyota of Cleveland team in January 2023. He's retired military. Jeremy says "All my children are grown, so it's just my dog and I." He's originally from Cleveland, but spent the majority of his life in other parts of the world. 

David has worked in the automotive industry since 2018 began working with Toyota of Cleveland in March of 2019. He enjoys spending time with his wife and puppy and loves anything outdoors and reading all types of books.

Ivy has been part of the Toyota of Cleveland family since 2011. Ivy is our Delivery Specialist, delivering exceptional service to our guests picking up and delivering their vehicles for service. He enjoys college football, go Dawgs! 

Theresa has been working with Toyota of Cleveland since 2010. She enjoys spending time with her family and horseback riding.

Vince Esquivel started working for TOC in January 2005, and he has 19 years of technician experience. His favorite Toyota is his 2022 Supra. When he's not working, Vince enjoys DJing, woodworking, and playing Roulette. From 1999 to 2003, Vince proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.

Jimmy Macaulay joined TOC in April 2005, and he has worked in the automotive industry for 35 years. His favorite Toyota is the 2022 Tacoma. His hobbies include horseshoes, shooting, and sports, preferably baseball and football.

AJ McCollister started working as a technician here at TOC in August 2014. TOC was his first job in the automotive industry. His favorite Toyota is the 4Runner. AJ enjoys fishing and boating in his free time.

Jeremy Reeves has worked withTOC since 2013. Before joining our service team, Jeremy worked on 18 wheelers. His favorite Toyota is the new Tacoma. He enjoys spending time with his son.

Caycee Williams started as a technician at TOC in March 2017. His favorite Toyota is the Tacoma, and he is the proud owner of one himself. Outside of work, Caycee enjoys building computers and playing golf with the boys.

Jared Soos worked for TOC from 2007 to 2015, and in 2019 he rejoined our service team. Working for TOC as a technician was his first job in the automotive industry. His favorite Toyota is the 2004 Tundra. He enjoys golfing and working on race cars with fellow technician Brandon Wengerd.

David Thomas is a proud Libra, and his favorite color is red. He is a big fan of Snap-on and Milwaukee tools. He enjoys the work environment here at TOC and has been a member of the TOC family since 2016. He enjoys watching sunsets and movies with his favorite movies being The Departed and The Town.

Dakota Emerson has been a technician with TOC since July 2017. This is his first job in the automotive industry. His favorite Toyota is the Supra. He enjoys building drag cars in his free time and is currently working on a Fox body Mustang.

Stephen started Toyota of Cleveland in 2022. His favorite Toyota is any older pickup truck. He enjoys being outside in his free time. 

Mike Caronia has been a technician since 1988 and started working with TOC in March 2021. His favorite Toyota is the new Tacoma. In his free time, Mike enjoys shooting and hog hunting. From 1990 to 1994, Mike proudly served in the United States Army.

Emory joined the Toyota of Cleveland team in 2022. His favorite Toyota is the GR86. He enjoys working with the Toyota of Cleveland family and the fast pace environment. He also enjoys rally and working on engines as well as sleeping in in his free time. 

Jeremy joined the Toyota of Cleveland team in February 2023. Jeremy is from Mississippi and the father of one. 

Brian started working at Toyota of Cleveland in March 2023. His favorite Toyota is the Toyota Tacoma. He enjoys mountain biking with his friends and family in his spare time.

Carter Ross started at TOC as a porter in Summer 2021 before joining our detail team in Fall 2021. His favorite Toyota is the Mark IV Supra. In his free time, Carter enjoys sleeping and working on cars (not simultaneously).

Alexis joined the Toyota of Cleveland team in April 2023. She loves the mountains and her favorite color is neon green. 

Samuel "Sam" Still is a human person who works for Toyota of Cleveland. A passionate and hardworking employee, "Sam" is a jack-of-all trades and master of some serving as a porter, electrician, plumber, delivery specialist, sales assistant, janitor, coffee machine technician, and intern. When he's not working, "Sam" moonlights as an amateur baker, writer, and impressionist. With a vast knowledge of stuff and things, "Sam" dreams of one day winning big on 'Jeopardy!' to pay off his student loan debts. His ultimate career goal is to eventually replace the khaki-wearing lady in Toyota commercials ("Toyotathon is here! Let's go places!") Call, text or Venmo "Sam" for any of your dealership needs. 

Weston joined the Toyota of Cleveland family in December of 2021 which introduced him to the automotive industry. In his free time he enjoys hiking, playing disc golf, and spending time with family. If you see him running around, be sure to say hey! 

Collin joined the Toyota of Cleveland team in 2022. He enjoys basketball and rowing in Chattanooga. 

Robby joined the Toyota of Cleveland team in April 2023. He is a student at Lee University studying psychology. He enjoys working out and playing pickleball.

She joined the Toyota Of Cleveland team in 2015.  Susan is passionate about agriculture and  her free time is spent with her husband tending to their farm in Meigs County where they currently have 3 chickens 6 horses and 29 cows. When not on the farm she tries to get to Florida as much as possible to enjoy the beach and off shore fishing. 

Brandon Ingham is a certified Master Parts Professional and has been part of the Toyota of Cleveland team since 2017. He started working with Toyota in 2003. He enjoys spending time with his 3 children and beautiful wife. Brandon likes to spend his free time outdoors fishing and hunting. On weekends you can see him at the local dirt track either behind the wheel or changing tires. 

David Kennett is a certified Master Part Professional. David joined the Toyota of Cleveland team in early 2016 and has been working for the Bowers Automotive Group since 1993! David is a local resident to Cleveland, TN and on his time away from work, David loves travelling and spending time with his wife and family.

Colby Parker is a certified Master Parts Professional; he joined the Toyota of Cleveland team in October of 2016. He has been in the industry since 2013. Colby is originally from Baton Rouge, LA but has lived several years in Las Vegas, NV before residing in Chattanooga, Tn.  Colby is currently enrolled at Tennessee Wesleyan University finishing his Bachelors in accounting. After graduation Colby plans on getting his Master's degree from his dream school, LSU. His hobbies include golfing on the weekends and spending time with family.  

Connor started working at Toyota of Cleveland October of 2021, his favorite Toyota is the 2022 Tundra. Connor has 3 very spoiled chihuahuas at home and family is the most important. Connor's favorite football team is the Georgia Bulldogs.   

Matt joined the Toyota of Cleveland team in April 2023. He recently moved into the area and his favorite Toyota is the Corolla Hatchback. 

Bill grew up in Knoxville TN. He served our country in the military and was stationed in Fairbanks Alaska. Bill spent 53 years so far in the parts industry and worked all over central and southern Florida. Bill moved back to Tennessee to enjoy retirement in 2019 and decided he wasn't ready to leave the automotive industry just yet. Bill joined the Toyota of Cleveland team in 2020 and is irreplaceable in our parts department! We hope Bill never wants to retire, we want to keep him forever!

Deana has worked in the automotive industry since 2000 and began working with Toyota of Cleveland in October 2010.  Deana enjoys doing craft projects such as making wreaths, bows and refinishing old pieces of furniture.  Also, in her free time you will find Deana spending time with her family. 

Renee has worked in the car industry since 1992 and begin working with Toyota of Cleveland in July 2016.  Renee likes spending time with family and friends and likes to do volunteer work with Stocking Full of Love for Walker County. 

Wendy has worked in the automotive industry since 2009 and began working with Toyota of Cleveland in June 2014.  She is originally from Cobb Co Ga but moved to TN in 2006 with her wonderful husband & 2 daughters. Wendy enjoys spending all her spare time with them - especially her 2 grandchildren, making candles, and loves the Georgia Bulldogs!

Tabitha began working with Toyota of Cleveland in August 2021 and looks forward to starting a career here. Her favorite car is any of the Toyota 4Runners. Tabitha enjoys spending time with her family and friends by a bonfire.

Rose started working at Toyota of Cleveland late 2021. She loves her fish and dogs. Rose loves to learn new things and watch tv. She loves to keep things organized and clean.

Vicky began working at Toyota of Cleveland in June 2015. She enjoys spending time with her family, summer vacations on the beach, relaxing in the pool, bargain shopping and her TOC family. 

Stephanie started working at Toyota of Cleveland  December 2021. Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family. "There's a lot of beauty in ordinary things. Isn't that kind of the point?"-Pam Beesley.

Paige joined the Toyota of Cleveland family in January 2023. She enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.

Kim started working for TOC in April 2022. This is her first job in the automotive industry. Her favorite Toyota is the Camry. When she's not working, she likes hiking, going to the movies, and hanging out at the park.

Danielle Edwards joined the TOC family in October 2021. She works as the Saturday Cashier in our Service department, and this is her first job in the automotive industry. Her favorite Toyota is the Highlander. Danielle enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with family. Danielle is a people person who loves helping every TOC guest that comes her way!

Donna McAllister has worked as the Saturday Receptionist at TOC since March 2016, and she sometimes operates as Saturday Cashier as well. Donna has worked in the automotive industry for over a decade. Her favorite Toyota is the Camry. When she isn't at TOC, she likes to read books by her favorite authors Nicholas Sparks, Danielle Steel, and Elin Hilderbrand. She also enjoys shopping, spending time with her 2 kids and 1 grandson, vacationing on the beach, and going on cruises.

Ted has been a part of the Toyota of Cleveland family since 2017. He's worked in our parts and accounting departments and loves the TOC work environment. His favorite Toyota is the Rav4. When he's not working, he enjoys hunting, fishing and boating. 

Steve joined the Toyota of Cleveland family in June 2021 part time after his retirement in the PC Support industry. He enjoys the outdoors, fishing and walks in the park.
