I came from out of town to test drive the 2008 Nissan Maxima. I spoke with Justice & Joey and explained my situation and needs to them. They did everything in their power to get me into the car I wanted. Great car and great guys. I would definitely recommend this dealer 10/10!!!

I purchased a 2017 Tacoma from Toyota of Cleveland today (2/12/18). I had been looking for a Tacoma for months and never intended to buy so new. However, when I saw this truck and test drove it, I knew I had to try to make it feasible to buy. The folks at Toyota of Cleveland made my pipedream a r...eality by knocking $2500 off sticker price and working with me to keep the overall price and payment where I needed it. Jeff (Salesman), Joey (Used Car Manager) and Shane (the guy who makes the numbers work) were all top notch and exceeded my expectations. We own a 2009 camry hybrid and decided to look for another. Went on line and found one in cleveland tn a 2012. We drove the short distance from chattanooga to cleveland where we were greeted by preston white. He was very attentive to all are questions and let us take the car on a test drive. When we... returned he introduce us to joey abdullah who made us feel very comfortable with no pressure in buying a car. They both made it clear if there was anything they could do to get our business they would. We were invited to take the car home for a day so would could get a real feel for the car and bring it back the next day. We did that and while at home my wife noticed some slight hail damage to the trunk and roof. When I let Joey know about this he took the car to and auto shop that the dealership uses and had the repair taking care of. With out going the extra mile to this I am sure my wife would not have bought this car. Preston and Joey were great and we enjoyed our buying experience.They were always upfront with us about every thing. Tyler the finance guy was also a real pleasure made paper work effortless. We feel we got good value at fair price. Show more

After finding a used truck we wanted to look at, we pulled into Toyota of Cleveland and was met by Juan Lopez at the vehicle. He was professional and courteous and attended to our concerns and needs. We also met Mike Covington the sales manager. I have bought numerous cars and trucks in my life and ...would highly recommend this dealership. They were one of the most professional and ethical car dealerships that I have dealt with. Five Stars. Show more

We did some looking online to find a car that we were interested in. Even though we live in Chattanooga, we found Toyota of Cleveland's website to be the most resourceful and user-friendly. We found a car we were interested in and decided to come check it out. After a few minutes on the lot, Cindy c...ame to help us and was so nice and friendly. Even more importantly, though, she asked us what our price range was and worked with us quickly to find available options so that we didn't fall in love with something that wasn't in our range. Furthermore, she Cindy was great about giving my husband and I time and space to talk and make decisions without feeling pressured which is very important to the both of us since my husband sold cars for years. We test drove two cars and when I asked Cindy her honest opinion about the car she would choose, she gave me just that. She was very knowledgeable about the Toyota brand and was able to help us make an informed decision for our family. Furthermore, when we finally got to talking numbers, Cindy and Phillip were very open, honest, and transparent about the buying process and worked as hard as they could to get our payment into the range we wanted. While we waited for the banks, Cindy checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything. We walked away from the dealership feeling confident in our purchase and my husband will be returning next week to get two minor things taken care of since there wasn't a staff person on site who was able to assist us. I cannot say enough good things about Toyota of Cleveland, specifically about Cindy and Phillip who made this experience effortless for us. When were were leaving, Mike met us with a handshake and a handmade candle which just sweetened the deal even more for us. Show more
